Review and Accept the Agreement

ERS requires you to agree to the following before opening an account with us:-

ERS requires you to pay a minimum of one monthly Fee to open your account. 

You can log in to your ERS Web Account at any time to see an up-to-date list of all the calls that you are making and any charges.

We are sure that you will enjoy your ERS Fax Service but if you do decide that it’s not for you, you can cancel your service at any time as long as your account is paid up-to-date with a zero balance and there are no outstanding call charges on your account.

If you do decide to close your account, remember that we will not refunda any fees nor we will we refund any part of the monthly fee already paid and if, after closing your ERS account, you decide to rejoin ERS in the future, you will be required to pay the Activation Fee.
