Email to fax in real time!

  • You can also send a fax via email from your blackberry phone or email program and it will be sent in moments!  Simply send your fax from your registered email address and you won’t need to “log in” or use a security code as our system will recognise your address!

Over the Phone Fax Services::

  • Our “Over the Phone Fax Service” allows you to call our special fax line and leave a message of what you want your fax to say and where you want it to go! Just start your message with your ERS Username, the 4th and 5th letters of your password, the fax destination number and what you want the fax to say. You can send your fax anytime 24 hours 7 days a week and it only costs you just 30p plus VAT per page for a fax to anywhere in the World.

Mobile Fax Services::

  • You can also send your fax instructions by SMS from your mobile phone.   Once your mobile phone number is registered with our service, just start your message with the word FAX and then follow it with your message and the destination fax number.  Again, it only costs you 30p plus VAT per page at anytime, day or night, 365 days a year!

  • Left home with your mobile phone?   Battery running low?   Don’t want the Boss to notice you sending texts?    You can send a text message from your ERS Fax Dashboard at anytime at very reasonable rates!    Check your ERS Fax Dashboard for price details.
